On the 3rd Thursday of November this French wine is released and is allowed to be sold! This is one of the most unique wines ever made. The winemaking process is called carbonic maceration or whole berry fermentation. This process makes the wine fresh and fruity with extracting any tannins from the grapes. The official release date will be November 17th 2011!
